« I will say this was the BEST property i’ve booked for hotels in my life. The room was spacious, very clean, the check in was pretty quick. Parking was pretty much front row the whole stay which was helpful since it rained. The breakfast was real good, not like usual hotels. It was busy from others being in the area for sport events with their kids but that did not change a thing. The pool was real chilly that’s my only complaint. I had a studio room and when I come back I would love to have that...

« Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but the elevators had signs about updates coming. Room could have been cleaner (dirty shower, stains on comforter, hairs on bed) »

« Normally we have a great stay. This time was not a good experience. The first night our door latch broke they moved us to another room and the man at the desk was great and said our new room would be available at 3 the next day a younger girl was working and chided me for asking for another room bc someone can sleep on the pullout couch we asked and paid for a 2 queen bed room no one should have to sleep on a couch. She was extremely rude. And she huffed and walked away mumbling something and...

« The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best »

« Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly...
