Durant Vacation Packages

Everything was 10/10 except the outdoor pool had a few leaves in it but other than that we enjoyed over the 4th of July.

We were driving through so all we needed was a comfy bed and a restaurant we could walk to- The Westin provided both. The on-site restaurant was FANTASTIC and our server Dre was very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Check in and out was smoothly handled by Anisha & Chris, who were both very friendly and helpful.

It was okay for what we needed.

Room smelled like smoke. Fire detector was covered up with plastic bag. A/C worked good.

This is my **third stay here this year**, and it will definitely be my last. During my **second stay**, our room was still being worked on when we arrived. A maintenance worker actually walked into our room because he didn't know it had already been assigned. The toilet was broken, and there were orange peels under the bed that were so obvious my 5-year-old noticed them immediately. Unfortunately, this stay has been even more disappointing. The photos I attached were taken today (7/3/26). The first room we were assigned smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so we requested another room. The second room smelled better, but when we went into the bathroom, we were shocked by what we found. I had specifically booked a suite with a separate bedroom and living room, as advertised. The front desk associate initially told me I hadn't booked that type of room and tried to assign us something different. When I asked her how much the drinks cost, instead of answering, she simply pointed me to a piece of paper. It wasn't the biggest issue of the stay, but it reflected the level of customer service we received. The replacement room also had obvious issues. The kitchen floor was visibly buckled, appeared to have recent water damage, and was still wet. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable, and I honestly don't even know where to begin describing it. At this point, we're just trying to make it through the night.
