« The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly; however, upon arrival or after settling in my room, I reported to the staff that the AC was very loud, so loud that I had to increase the volume on the TV. The staff informed that someone would check the AC the next day and no one ever showed up to check the AC. That’s my only complaint, everything else was very good! »

« Stayed in a king room for an event (minus car) and found this to be an good option for a business stay in the immediate area or for events. The bed was maybe the best I've ever slept in, the room was spacious, hot water was more than ample, and soundproofing despite second floor next to elevator held up. Shuttle runs in a loop to nearby Metro and mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had breakfast buffet, was tasty and had many good options including protein. Note that there is a daily charge...
