The renovations did not impact at all. Reception and cleaners all very approachable and friend. The hotel is close to the octagon, Settlers Museum and supermarket, all an easy walk. Room was comfortable with kettle tea and coffee and creamer. Also has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a beverage and cigarette. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Dunedin.
