A large, modern apartment, equipped with everything one needs for a stay of a couple of days or longer. Things worked as they should, cleanliness was great, we will certainly book again for our next stay in Dunedin. Beechwood is highly recommendable!

We hired the Executive King Studio. A lovely, spacious, clean suite. Very comfortable. It is upstairs so I would be careful if traveling with older friends or family. Definitely recommend, A+.

Nice comfortable beds and very clean. Only thing that was disappointing is that I couldn’t use the laundry as the hosts were doing all of the motel washing. Would be great to have a separate laundry for guests.

Spotless, modern, great location as far enough out of town so it wasn't noisy but still walking distance and plenty of bus stops close by. Hosts really friendly and helpful. TV, WiFi everything you need in kitchen

Such a beautiful place to stay. Parking and laundry on site. We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe King Studio. Magnificent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Easy to find, close food options and the property managers were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property. Was my favorite property to stay at on our SI 7 day trip. I would definitely stay here again.

For us theres always concern around privacy travelling with our teenage son, it wasn't a problem with the layout of the rooms, and the distribution of the beds, everyone could find privacy. Furthermore, we were immediately at ease with the standard and the make up of the room, the quality and condition of the linen, towels and overall presentation. Our accomodation was something we didnt worry about from the moment we checked in, the way we like it.

Property is in very good condition. Great bed, excellent heating, extremely clean and fresh. It is in the city and was therefore getting noise from the street. Now I should add I’ve been in national parks for 2 weeks where it has been extremely quiet and this was my first city, so noise was probably appropriate for a city and I was just very used to the countryside… so probably not very fair saying it was noisy…
