"We had a great stay at the gresham, there was one slight issue with our Aircon which was sorted out really quickly by a member of staff. The room itself was good, it had a very large comfortable bed with great pillows not too hard not too soft but just right and we had a very comfortable night sleep.
The only thing that let the stay down ever so slightly is the coffee at breakfast was awful, I'm not sure how the machine is confirgured but the beans were absolutly burnt and the coffee was really really bitter. Apart from that everything was delivered as expected"
