The property can really use some TLC. The carpets are worn, and the curtains had holes so that the light shine through. The breakfast was fine but did not get cleaned. The hotel also seemed to attract drifters who hung out in the lobby On the plus side though, they were very dog friendly.

This hotel has "great bones" but it seems to have fallen into disrepair. Our room had a few minor issues (toilet running, perfume smell on comforter) which the manager graciously rectified. The restaurant offerings were mostly deep-fired pub food and there was no breakfast at all. Staff were pleasant and efficient. One unavoidable element is the ghetto motel across the street, making safety a concern.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. One of the best things about this place is the location – just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. It’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind. I loved waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying my morning coffee on the porch. It’s not a fancy resort, but it has a lot of heart and character. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing getaway!
