Cant fault room -Titanic Suite Cant fault reception staff, very helpful. Staff in bar got 2 drinks wrong in same order and we gave up waiting for service on 2 other occasions and went to the bar ourselves to order (barman got 2 drinks wrong) Food choice is boring, and poached egg was hard, told waitress and no offer to replace so didn't get a tip!!

Very unique and quirky hotel. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfast! Our room was on the fourth floor, and thanks to the glorious weather, a bit hot when we returned in the evenings. A fan would have been great. Other than that, no complaints!

"No air conditioning. When asked they said Executive rooms has this facility, which was not advertised - for any of their rooms when checked. Cleaning not brilliant at times.
