"Unit was dated Needs a paint job, poor condition and new carpet would be good. Unit was smelly Unit wasnt very clean Overall it was ok for one night wouldn’t stay longer and it was the penthouse had great view’s, if it was updated be a great unit . Leaving carpark was tricky no fob swipe. "

"The photos of the apartment were very accurate. The apartment is bright and airy with a great covered deck to enjoy the view and sunrise. Was very clean. Kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn’t cook any meals. Great location as 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, light rail and Pacific Fair. What wasn’t mentioned in the listing was that there is a construction site immediately infront of the apartment block. Construction is currently near ground level so wasn’t a major issue. The noise was loud when they dried the site with blowers after it rained. People making bookings in the future need to be aware of this as I imagine as the construction rises it will have more of an impact visually and with regards to noise. "

"The proximity to the shopping precinct and the many differnet restaurants around the hotel was excellent... almost too many to choose from."

"STAYED 22/4-29/4,QUBE IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION,VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS,PACIFIC FAIR,PUBLIC TRANSPORT ETC.THE PROPERTY IS NICE,POOL,SPA TERRIFIC.UNFORTUNATELY OUR APARTMENT (LEVEL 8/ROOM 19) WASNT VERY CLEAN.FLOATING FLOORS THROUGHOUT WERE DUSTY,KITCHEN BENCH TOPS WERE DUSTY,TOILET HAD URINE STAINS ON THE FRONT OF THE BOWL.BEDROOM WAS VERY NOISY FROM OUTSIDE WIND MAKING SLEEPING DIFFICULT.WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? VERY UNLIKELY......"

"This place is a health and safety hazard, run downown and eekie. Slippery staircase with rusty frames and cracked concrete to get to the room. In room: blood stains and other sticky stuff on carpet, holes in carpet and wall, filthy toilet roll holder, toilet brush had a lot of wet toilet paper on it, shower caddy falling part, fan was filthy, rusty piece of metal sticking out of patched wardrobe. Person checking us in was very rude, place was very noisy, people (guests or workers) yelling and arguing in carpark at 4am, light on all night by window so very bright in room. All beds were very uncomfortable, sit on it and you touch the base, or try another and feel the springs dig in your back. This place should not be on expedia or any other platform. Photos are not accurate, the first photo shown is actually of a mall across the road which is deceiving. When I showed the person and asked where that was she looked very surprised....."
