"This was a brand new apartment. So new the reception was in a temporary location and the lifts still had builders covers in them. Despite work still being undertaken that didn't impact on noise and didn't create any inconvenience. One issue was the low security level on the website. While we were aware this was the status of the site we didn't expect to now be bombarded with spam"
