Downtown Tempe Vacation Packages

Room was very clean, cool and location was good too. The cons were that the AC was really loud when it turned on, parking is not the best because it can be very far from your room and also had someone bang on our door at 2 in the morning but couldn't make out what they yelled.

The property is in a great central location, making it convenient to get to everything. While the property is a little older, it is still in good overall condition. The accommodations were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The biggest issue for me was that we did not have hot water on our first day. We contacted the front desk, and someone came to light the pilot and then left. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue, and we had to follow up again to have it properly fixed. This was frustrating and took away from an otherwise good experience. Overall, the property was comfortable and well-located, but I would recommend making sure maintenance issues are fully resolved the first time they are reported.

We had locked doors upstairs and we hear noise up stairs. I left for dinner came back and found a quarter on my luggage and sliding door unlocked. This was my 20th anniversary. I wanted to leave the property but was told I would be forfeiting the money as it could not be reversed. Me and my wife stood up all night uncomfortable and locked every door. I let management know the next morning and I was told I would get a call from management but never got a call. I took photos of the dust under the bed blocks holding up the bed broken class in the cabinet. I mean it’s older so some things will be a little run down and could not get comfortable knowing someone was in my room. Looks like the video I have was more clear than the photos so I will screenshot them into photos. The next morning we found out the door was open to the room upstairs and just had a screen door shut on the balcony. And I could climb the balcony as it had it set up like a ladder easy to climb. I would not recommend this place for the simple fact that if someone was staying upstairs and squatting its happens but the fact I never got a call or offer to make up for me and my wife’s 20th anniversary being impacted in a terrible way shows me the lack of customer service this place has for it’s guests.
