This place was wonderful! The whole staff was very gracious. We had the most fun with the team at the activities pool, Rodrigo for drinks and snacks and George for our golf cart rides! Thanks for a great stay!

Staff were fantastic, especially Sergio and Joel. Food was great. Only negative is poolside lounger process. Very difficult to get a seat, lots of drama around this. Otherwise a great place.

They say it’s only two stories with no elevator, but we wind up on a third floor. The first floor does not count On-site dining breakfast was very acceptable. Staff was friendly but limited in their knowledge of issues with air-conditioning. I would say so so experience.
