We had a great stay at the Regency. Our room was very comfortable and the location is ideal, right in the Old Port with many excellent restaurants, fun stores, and the waterfront steps away. Very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the airport shuttle. Our only disappointment was that the spa / jacuzzi closes at 6 pm. We had hoped to use it after busy days of walking and sightseeing.

No curb appeal from the road at all...yet..once behind property..everything changes!.Great bed..better pillows!
None of the bedside lights or plugs were functioning...and upon entering room...no air conditioning on...and the room was over 90 degrees...took over 2 hours for it to cool down..
Views are superb...pool was relaxing!

We had a great stay! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and efficient! We loved the location. Portland is an amazing city! Wasn’t aware of the $35 a day charges but it worked out!

Look over before leaving You can hear threw the rooms and our room 511 at 6 am in the morning we are awoken to a bagging sound that did not go away.
