The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in. Also, we were charged a $57 per room resort fee ( we had 3 rooms) but the pool was closed and the shuttle only ran on Sunday. "The room was clean. No bad smells! While walking to our room you could feel divets in the floor under the carpet. That needs work. Pool is small but was clean. Had breakfast at the “restaurant” the next morning. Coffee wasn’t good, got it from the free coffee by the breakfast bar and it was better. ..."
