8.2/10 Very good! (1,006 reviews)
I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I would never recommend this Comfort Inn & Suites location to anyone. After my stay, I developed severe bed bug bites all over my body and had to seek medical attention at urgent care. I was prescribed antibiotics for infected bites and hydrocortisone cream to treat the reactions. This was an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience that has affected me well beyond my stay.
What makes this situation even worse is how the hotel handled my complaint. I requested a refund, but they refused to give me one despite the severity of the situation and the medical expenses I incurred. The property and company has been extremely hard to solve this situation. I also noticed that the inspection information posted at the hotel appeared to have an expired inspection date, which is extremely concerning and should’ve been my first sign to leave.
I paid to stay somewhere clean and safe, and instead, I left dealing with painful, severe bites and medical treatment. The lack of accountability and refusal to resolve this situation appropriately are unacceptable. I would never stay at this location again, and this experience has completely changed how I view this hotel. Stay somewhere else.
