"Very pleasant stay before an early morning flight."

"Convenient location, clean room, good eatery on the premises. Our room lacked extra blankets so i was cold the first night, though they brought a nice one on request the next day. One of the bedside reading lamps was excessively dim. Water had a brownish tinge which they said was due to hot water maintenance; it worked fine for bathing though and they supplied drinking water. Convenient but expensive parking on site."

"Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"Everything was great but the only problem was the pool and the hot tub. Both were cold and my kids and I couldn't enjoy it at all. Some measures need to be taken when customers experience these issues, given our financial commitment to rental and other."

"Room wasn’t clean only beds were made but there was food on the floor and stains on carpet and garbage left from previous person. Also all night long we heard alarm clock from room next to us. Also we were told different price for parking from different staff members."
