« We enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and everything was as expected and would give it high ratings with one major exception. The dog kennel that is across the street. They let the dogs out around 7am and they don’t stop barking for hours. It went on and on and on and started way too early, especially on the weekend. The mgmt team was quick to respond to a few minor issues in the house and they were able to resolved very quickly. Someone had taken one of the ceiling...

« House was clean but the smell from the cleaning supplies was over powering. Several of the plugs need replacing. The power cords would not stay in. Host was very communicative. Hot tub was nice and its location was super cool. Close enough to the downtown area but not really within walking distance. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much! Cute little house about 3 minutes from Main. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom really nice with both a great shower and garden tub. Had a little trouble with the step up to the bedroom and step down to the bathroom. My husband has a walker he uses and we weren’t aware of the steps but overcame the dilemma. Our Cooper dog loved the beautiful neighborhood walks in the evening and the deer sightings. Was lovely. »

« Flint River Cottage was a great property. It is a short drive to town but far enough away for privacy and seclusion. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch and watching the wildlife. We are already planning our next stay. »

« The house was dirty enough that we checked out after only one of the planned three nights. I've tried repeatedly to talk with the rental agency about this, leaving my name and number, but the haven't called me back after four days. Do NOT rent this property. »
