We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. \- Fireworks are not allowed. \- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. \- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. \- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. \- Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. \- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. \- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Rockview Cabin. The cabin is in a very peaceful location with an un-obstructed view of Enchanted Rock. We were entertained by the numerous hummingbirds snacking on the feeder above the deck as we sat on the porch swing. Be sure to look up at the sky at night as this is a dark sky area and the stars were wonderful. The interior was clean and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bathroom is roomy and the shower was excellent. Miss the cabin already. Miss sitting on the porch listening to the birds, watching the humming birds, watching the ligjt on Enchanted Rock, listening/ watching the cows and stargazing.It was so amazing to find a place my mom who has mobility issues could enjoy with us. A beautiful cabin (spacious and so comfortable) with a beautiful view of Enchanted Rock. About 25 minutes to Fredericksburg and 15 minutes from Enchanted Rock - the perfect place to stay for exploring the area. I will stay here again at the soonest possible moment!! ##### Brynn S. This is a place I'd definitely come back to with friends. Having a dog there wasn't too great, as I've never seen so many stickers. Overall, it was FANTASTIC.
