"It’s the perfect stay in the middle of town, walkable to everything don’t miss the park the block below Main Street. The hotel was perfect and quaint, breakfast was just what we needed! All around a lovely stay, wish we had time for more nights!"

"This was the perfect location for our family reunion. It's really hard to find a property that can fit 35-40 people, with enough space so everyone felt comfortable. The property is so well stocked -- so many times rentals won't have the basics or maybe not enough towels or whatever. They have thought of everything here! Fully stocked kitchen, two fridges that were strong enough to keep everything cold, plenty of bath and pool towels, etc. The game barn was a great spot for the kids and teens to spend some time. The living room had good seating, plenty of patio areas in the backyard. Yana and Chase are super nice and were great with communication -- answered questions in a timely manner (even pre-trip) and were available if anything came up at all. Would def recommend for a large group."

"We had a great time at the Big Trees Cabin. The host, Heather, was very responsive and the house provided many thoughtful details, including games for the family, a well-stocked kitchen, a coffee bar with an espresso machine, comfortable seating areas downstairs and upstairs, and even a cooler-backpack for day trips to Lake Alpine or Calaveras State Park. Individual ACs in various parts of the house provided excellent cooling during a hot summer weekend. The deck facing the forest was incredibly relaxing, especially in the morning and the evening. Looking forward to staying at the Big Trees Cabin on another future trip."

"I'm a long-time user and a fellow host, and I must say that this stay was among the best our family has ever had. Thoughtful hosts who provide everything you need. Communicative but not too much so. Everything was clear, simple, easy and comfortable. Would definitely visit again!"

"Sharin was an incredible host and made our stay at this massive gem of a cabin incredibly special. I would highly recommend checking out Arnold CA and this cabin in particular. The close access to national parks, downtown music, and the community amenities made this a perfect home away from home. Protip: stop at the Big Trees grocery (8 min drive) to stock up during your visit on any essentials."
