"We just got back from a 5 night vacation at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman and it was one of the best vacations my family has ever been on! The property was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Rebecca in Front of House who helped us book a lovely excursion to the Crystal Caves. We had so much fun! Jennifer, our server at Catalina, was a doll. Also hello to Newton at the pool, who was such a sweetheart. But honestly everyone there could not have been nicer! And we enjoyed all of the food we ate on property. We especially loved our coffee and breakfast croissants from Cafe Alula. Double Cortado and an almond croissant in the morning was heaven on earth. Then in the afternoon treat yourself to a froze or frozen sangria at the pool. Bata Bar was not messing around with their drinks. This hotel is not directly on the beach but does have an ocean view. It sits about a half block behind the public park and beach. But just to the right of the public beach is the Bonny Moon Beach Club where they will set you up with beach chairs and service. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how amazing they were as well. Neil was our attendant two days in a row and he made sure we were never without water and he made a point to remember everyone's name even the next day! It was probably the best beachside service we've ever had and you'll never even think twice about how you aren't technically at the hotel. 10/10 vacation!"
"It’s okay place ,they do not providing essentials for visitor like trash bags etc. Greas trap its located wright up front of door and small really bad all the time. I will come back to cayman but not at this place. Best regards!"
"Condo was nice . Easy check in and check out . Owner responded quickly .Quiet area . No crowds on the beach . Pool was awesome . Staff very friendly and helpful . Pickle ball courts were great . My only complaint if I have to say anything negative was the master bath should be the front room with private bath , also I would of liked a full length mirror or another mirror in the bedroom or hall . With only the mirror in the bathroom for two people to get ready was tuff . Will definitely return . "
