First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.

Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.

After a long drive from south Florida, we had a nice small dinner and it was good

The property was right across the street from Publix in a nice, clean, quiet and safe area with a McDonald’s near by. Also, the entire staff were absolutely great — the hotel is well worth the money especially for a weekend with family and friends with an in house full bar, continental breakfast and service desk snack center.

Rude staff with loud and laughing on phone while customer waiting to be assisted. Room smelly and not clean, loud noise from ice machine could be heard in our room. Over all disappointed as we always try to stay at holiday inn express.
