We got a room on the corner of the building and it was so big and pretty. It was very clean. The room said 1 bed but it also had a couch with a pullout bed. Breakfast was good and free. Parking can be expensive. Felt safe here despite lots of homeless people downtown.

We got up to our floor and our key didn’t work. Which normally is no big deal but it was VERY busy and one elevator wasn’t working. So to go down and get something and then wait 10 min for an elevator was a pain.

For the most part everything was up to standard. I cannot blame the staff as we were short of time and thus our communications were not being met. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you.
