"The facility was excellent. Tge only thing that was needed is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. We were there with 4 small children. Children make messes. Other than that, great place to stay. We will be back."

"Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, we had a lot of together and enjoyed the activities that were there. I wish the fishing experience could have been better, we just had a fishing rod and nothing else. And the inside pool area was always over packed, so some days we didn’t go. But other than that the staff was wonderful, anything we needed all I had to do was text them and let them know. I wish the restaurant would have been open and the bar . We love it over all , the 3 story suite was great. it was a lot of space and we needed that. We will go back again."

"They were very short staffed during our stay so there were a lot of issues. We weren’t able to check in on time and they did not have enough bedding for the room we were in (housekeeping never responded). "Staff were smoking in the doorway of hotel while door opened. Sign said pool was out for season even tho it was advertised on website as functioning. There was a person asking for a refund in front of us because he said there were bed bugs and the room smelled of weed. The person working at the hotel told the gentleman that marijuana is legal in VA and some rooms allowed smoking. Our room on 4th floor had “no-smoking” signs but entire floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. Dresser was missing drawers, and hair was all over bed sheets (on top and under covers). I am actually surprised this hotel has not been shut down. It is a serious health hazard in my opinion. "

"Bathroom smelled horrible. Smelled like vomit and humidity. When I came in the room the bathroom fan was on. I had checked in late and was tired so i just kept the bathroom door closed and the fan on all night to help with the smell."

"There were scuff marks all over the walls one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was blown out the toilet paper looked like it was from the previous check in it looked used and the shades had holes in them. Our key stopped working after the first day and the breakfast gave us all the runs. It was an awful stay. There were kids coming into our hotel from another hotel using the pool and there was water all over the floors and even in the elevator. "
