We had a wonderful time at Hotel Oleana. The staff was kind and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!
*Side note: Some of the surrounding restaurants provide a 15% discount if you present proof of stay at Hotel Oleana. This was a nice bonus.

Three of us shared a family room and we were very comfortable. Great proximity to the train station and tram system. 10 minute walk to downtown. 45 min tram to the airport. The breakfast was absolutely splendid! We had an interior room which didn’t have a view. Not much selection on the tv (a couple of Nordic channels) so we ended up buying an HDMI cable for our laptop so that we could watch movies. Staff were very helpful.
We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others especially if they were taking the train to Bergen.

Nice Place, But...
It feels important to mention that the owner does not speak english, it is listed as a language they speak, but they don't. I received a message from them a couple of hours before we were due to arrive (after traveling for over 20 hours) to say that our bedding was wet and in the washing machine ...

Koselig opphold på Tysnes
Hadde ett par koselige dager på Tysnes. Leiligheten var stor og ren Personalet var koselig. Helt nydelig utsikt over vannet og kunne fiske fra terrassen til vår store fornøyelse. Anbefaler virkelig dette stedet:-)
