"The property is just lovely and very comfy and beautifully equipped. Very convenient to Sebastopol/Graton/Santa Rosa. Although I didn't indulge, it was lovely to be offered a cocktail. Fully supplied with bath/beauty products, cooking condiments and seasonings. The garden is lush and must be even more so when fruits are in season. All in all a terrific stay and I hope to return."

"The room we were given was not at all what I was told we would have - I was told there was sleeping for 3-4 and there was not. I had to pay extra for a cot. The j jacuzzi was not working which was in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. Will not return"

"As soon as you walk into the front door WOW is the word . The ocean view is fantastic only wished that the windows were cleaned and clearer. The house has everything you need just bring your food. The theater room is an added bonus. Sitting on the outside deck was so relaxing watching the ocean waves. The hot tub was new and was wonderful to relax in. Overall we all had a great time!!!"
