This is a unique establishment with 7 rooms. The lobby plus dining room ambiance is fantastic. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us, esp when my wife got a little sick. The level of service while serving meals or coffee was very professional. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Roos had heated blankets and a room heater. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We will return.

Overall it was a good stay. Front reception staff were very experienced and organized in checking in our large group into the hotel. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition.
I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area.

Everything about Villa Mount Royal is perfect! Everyone treated us like we were VIP guests.
The hotel is very clean and located in the middle of tea plantations, so it is well located if you want to take a walk in the tea plantations. Also, the pool table is perfect if you want to relaxe before the dinner.
Also, it is to be noted that the chief is very nice. You could ask him whatever you want, even if not on the menu, and he will prepare it for you. He will also make sure that you feel...
