« It's hard to get over first impressions. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, the bath house had a pile of dirt and bugs that was not swept up. There were two cabinet doors on the brink of falling off. There were dead bugs under some of the beds. One of the upstairs bathroom showers needed a door seal replaced. Water leaked all over the floor. One of the bed sheets and pillows had hair on it. « Grew up here in Dickinson. I never knew this beautiful view ever existed here! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, close to church, clean and absolutely worth the price! I will return when I visit my family in a few months! So happy to have found this hidden gem!!! »

« Cute little home. Has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. Has excellent hot water and all appliances work as they should. Roof and front windows leaked during rain storm and affected electric lights. Entire home was dusty but otherwise clean. Communication was good. »
