Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. When walking pets off property, leashes must be used. \- No parking allowed on the street, lawns, yards, or other neighbors\` driveways. \- Up to 6 vehicles allowed. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. When we conducted an initial walk-thru of the property, we were attempting to determine sleeping arrangements for our party when we noticed a series of issues throughout the house that clearly indicated the home had not been cleaned or prepped for our upcoming stay. The home is older. The 4th bathroom was found outside near the pool and the water wasn't on. The master suite toilet area stall was missing a door. And the refrigerator was spotty. The owners were quick to send repair professionals when notified. Overall, my staff enjoyed the spacious home with the pool and watching fish jump in the bayou. ##### Lisa M.
