"The place was beautiful, even in the single night we were there it looked great.
So it was unfortunate that the bed wasn't made nor were the sheets washed. The place also smelled a lot of dogs and their excrement. And the dogs barked and got really loud when you went to the bathroom.
I would like to try and stay again if it were more clean, and actually meet the the owner, they were very accommodating and we got in and out with no problem"

This is to both extended stays in San Ramon. Long story short I tried to extend my stay and expedia put me in at the other ES. So returned to the room to find it closed up and my stuff in the lobby. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect.
Received a welcome bag with lots of goodies. The reception was very pleasant and efficient, room was clean and good sized, bed was comfortable.

This is not a hotel that cleans daily unless requested, however, they allow you to pick up items you need at the front desk & when requested do a great job.
Friendly staff. Busy on weekends with families & weekdays with local workers.
Breakfast is run by very efficient couple. It’s hot and ready.
Wonderful cinnamon buns. Low fat options too.

We stayed there for 2days very nice front desk ladies very nice and friendly breakfast was very nice and good service but my hair dryer in the room was not working told them but they did not replace other than that it was very nice. Family hotel you can never go wrong on them if you have family with you very nice area

Good hotel, clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest and fills with unsavoury characters after dark, but the hotel has put in security to isolate the hotel as best as they can. I feel this is a overall symptom of Concord.

10/10 stay. Hotel staff were always super friendly, the pool and hot tub were awesome (and nicely placed so the afternoon was in shade), great outdoor and indoor seating area, fun things like large Jenga and large connect four, billiards table. Location was perfect for us, loads of restaurants nearby. Room was clean. There was a cold water and coffee/tea station 24/7 in the lobby which was handy.
