"Definitely a hole in the wall type hotel. The staff were friendly and kind but the room itself needed some upgrades. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the actual hotel room. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bedside tables were dirty and covered in dust, there was a strange odor coming from the bathroom, and the carpet was old, worn down, and in need of replacement. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned before our stay."

"I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have. Overall, there seem to be too many restrictions now."
