Really lovely hotel with nice decor. The bed was comfortable and it had the best blackout curtains ever, meaning we both had an amazing sleep. The huge spa bath was a real treat too. Constructive areas for improvement were that the shower gel and hand wash were both empty and had not been refilled, The lighting was very poor, meaning it was hard to do make-up and dry my hair for a night out. The tv was also broken and kept randomly turning itself off, which we reported as we left so hopefully it will be sorted. Thank you got a nice stay.

I was informed two days before my arrival that the property I had booked had a maintenance issue, and I was offered a different property instead. Although the location was not ideal for my purpose, I had to accept it given the short notice.
I was then sent the check-in instructions, but they included only the property name and not the full address. The postal code directed us to a different location. On a rainy night, the Uber driver could not find the property, and we had to call the property management's emergency number before finally obtaining the correct address.
The property itself was nice and clean, but the check-in process was poorly handled and caused unnecessary frustration.
