« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Breakfast was fresh..the hotel staff was kind & patient. I visited both the rooftop & the restaurant downstairs, Culinary Underground- you gotta ask for Megan - she was the server that evening -she was thee best! »

« We arrived Saturday AM to Rockford for a soccer tournament and our morning game was canceled at the last minute. Maria was amazing and let us check in early rather than make us wait until 3pm. It was a life saver! »
