We got an accessible room as I have MS and need a walk-in shower. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband almost fell twice. I put a towel on the shower floor to stand on so I wouldn't slip. We could not get the AC very cool, even though we put it as low as it would go. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was very large. The evening and morning front desk staff were very pleasant."
