« The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet. »

« The hotel is located in an area of town that is run down. When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum. The person at the front desk was in no hurry to assist us, then had to manually enter our credit card. Not a big deal, just another example of how outdated this hotel is. « The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in. »
