"From the moment of arriving to my departure the staff was fabulous! The hotel itself is beautiful and appreciated all the amenities though did not have a chance to enjoy them all. The coffee, tea, and water bar is such a nice touch especially given the sitting areas provided while partaking which provides a warm environment for visiting with others. The location is pretty good and wish had known sooner the hotel provides a free shuttle to the bts which is quite a hike if walking. The nice thing is Grabs both car and motor bikes are ready available. There is a free workout class at 10:30am which I really enjoyed and made it welcoming to use the fitness center. What did pleasantly surprise me was how good the hotel was when ordering room service the first night. "Super nice hotel along the riverside with complimentary boat shuttle to many attractions. The junior suite was lovely and large and oh so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and little extras provided by the hotel staff. Great hotel restaurants & dining options with fantastic menus and high quality cuisine. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool and amenities. Well appointed gym also. Absolutely wonderful hotel & staff!"
