« It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon. »

« This rental is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are pleasant and most gracious when we accidentally left the lights on in the golf cart over night. Closest rental to Sumpter Landing and the adult pool is just down a short jaunt down the road. Highly recommend! »

« We enjoyed the property. The backyard is very secluded, and the neighbors are pleasant. We had an issue with road paving, but that was out of the hands of the property managers. The unit had a bit of usage damage, but that is expected in older units. I would recommend this location to others. The property manager was responsive to requests and inquiries. »

« The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. « We had psuedo family reunion here and it was a good time had by all. Didn't really even leave the place. People came to see us! The pool was great and our primary hangout. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided for our large group, as we maxed out the place. Communication with the host was good as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit, likely next year, as we make this trip pretty much annually to see my wife's favorite uncle. »
