We actually walked to the pool and Coconut Cove Rec Center. The open doors to the Lanai was wonderful, we enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings outside. Golf Cart has amazingly comfortable seats and the turn signal goes off by itself so you don't drive miles with a flashing turn signal because you forgot to turn it off. Very easy to get in and out of in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were roofers working on a house close by but the noise was low. Her home is very soundproof.The Sumter Landing area is very popular for restaurants, shops and entertainment. And everything is within minutes. We stayed 2 nights and found plenty to do. The other residents and visitors are very friendly. Our host Tammy was also friendly and respectful. She is easy to communicate with. One of the toilets should have been repaired before we arrived. Batteries in the front door lock should have been installed before arrival. Overall, it was a good stay. ##### David R.
