Beautiful clean spacious villa minutes from Sumter landing. This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing . Great location to many adult pools, family pools and rec ctrs. Walkable to the pools. Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many restaurants and shopping locations easily accessible via golf cart or car. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet, and use of new electric golf cart that is able to go 70 miles on a charge. Quiet and convenient. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai. Free guest passes to use the many close pools and recreation centers (will need names of guest, dob and address one week prior to rental period), optional golf passes (fee). 1 bedroom with king bed, also equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. This time we decided to check out a vrbo We are sooo happy we did Diane’s place was exactly what we could hope for . Extremely clean and honestly had everything single thing we needed. Short golf cart ride to Publix and the squares great that the cart was included also . Pool is literally a 2 min ride . We didn’t even have to rent a car. Very clean, very well appointed not only with furniture but also quality appliances, kitchen ware, etc - Not just cheap stuff that would go in a rental! Diane (property owner) was great to work with.
