« Left within an hour. Staff made my daughter cry due to slides being closed every 5 minutes and when they were open, they fussed about zipper on bathing suit and life jackets. Plus, candy kitchen was closed. »

Also in the bathroom the shower bar was broken in half and there was a dip in the tub. When I touched it I could feel that it was cracked under the mat. »

« This is a nice hotel but it definitely needs some upgrades in the rooms. We loved the lobby area and pool. The staff was not particularly friendly when checking in. The man that helped me was not very friendly. Not rude or anything just not friendly at all during check in process. Basically asked my last name, asked for credit card and handed me my room tickets and said “floor 10” and that’s it. No smile or “welcome.” We also had to pay for parking per night which is ridiculous as this hotel has...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Stayed at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and had a great overall experience. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. The only downside was housekeeping—our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again. »
