Luxury Hotels & Resorts in Riau Islands

This property is absolutely incredible. We were only here for two nights, miss it already! The view is incredible! The staff are so happy, friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need and then some ! Food is great! Amenities spectacular. The perfect place for some rest and relaxation!

Great resort

This hotel is actually a collection of walled villas, several having their private pool. Most visitors during our stay remained inside those villas, barely coming out. It's great if you look for private time with your loved ones. The villas are great, the private pool is big enough to swim and the food is vary tasty (bring your drinks to save money, villas have a fridge). The compound is clean with nice gardening. The downside is that the whole place feels like a clinic, with barely anyone in...

Honestly from the previous reviews we were apprehensive yet excited to try our first Banyan Tree resort experience. The reviews are somewhat wrong on the property being in a state of decay. Sure the resort is older and in a part of the world that is hard on landscape and structures. We felt totally at ease and massive comfort with unit 308. The units are large, in great shape and extremely clean. There were no issues with bugs or unwelcome guests. The over the top staff are truly amazing to...

Le personnel, la propreté, déjeuner diversifié.

We had a great time! We stayed for 4 nights. We spent most days in the massive pool, and from 11am-3pm we had it all to ourselves which was amazing! Once the weekend came around though it was busier, but still not packed. Room was great, AC worked well! Hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful. Food was great! Especially at the restaurant on the 15th floor it’s a bit pricey but similar to North American prices at a nice restaurant. We ate lunch at the pool everyday and it was tasty too!...

Its my first beach resort holiday and also my first time to Bintan. Although the check in is a slight bottle neck as the guests arrive by the bus load from ferry terminal, they have several staff to handle the process. After all, its a beach holiday, so no fuss here. Room service was prompt and reception staff was friendly and helpful. Service staff have a fair to good command of English. As we got a room for 6 guests (2 bedroom and 1 living room), it included a private jacuzzi. The regular...

The villa we stayed in was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the food at the restaurants were quite expensive 21% tax and service fee on top

Great staff and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great mini vacation in Indonesia’s while visiting Singapore.

I think everything is good, except the price is too high, not worth the money.

Great location and fantastic pool. Hard to get full info on the activities/services around. Walked for 2km to a floating bar, just to find out it's closed for renovation. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Almost all activities are expensive and not that interesting. The dinner options are many but not particilarly impressive. The Spice restaurant was quite good, but the Italian one on site was not. Paid 20$ for a microwaved pizza. The service is subpar throughout.
