Having previously stayed with the brand in Bangkok and Malaysia, we decided to book Four Points by Sheraton here in Indonesia, and it was a great decision. From the friendly greeting at check-in to the excellent service from Amel and the team, everything was perfect. We truly appreciated the genuine hospitality. The highlight was their effort to celebrate my birthday with a beautiful song and gorgeous room decorations. Well done to the entire team!"

I like Fourpoints Batam very much.

I stayed Fourpoints Batam many times and always condition is very good. All the staffs reception, restaurant, concierge are very kind, friendly and full hospitality. I enjoyed Halloween BBQ last night. I like this hotel very much.
