"I was worried prior to arrival due to previous reviews. However it was exactly what I was expecting. Cute little house with double beds. Very clean and the AC blew cold. The only issue I found was the fridge did not work. However we did not need it and only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep for the night. I’d stay here again."

"The pool water was not cool enough to be refreshing in triple-digit weather. However, connected to the property is the Maverick RV park and their pool, although not cold, was cooler. The bakery sold specialty coffees but didn't have decaf. The property and staff were wonderful and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return."

"We had an incredible stay at this Marfa property! If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and unforgettable West Texas views, this is the place. Being away from town made it feel like a true escape, yet it had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked, making it easy to settle in and relax.The pool was the perfect place to cool off during the day and unwind in the evening while taking in the beautiful desert scenery. The sunsets and star-filled skies were absolutely breathtaking. We loved how quiet it was—you could truly disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the property, and it shows. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base while exploring Marfa. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway."

"It exceeded our expectations. The casita was well appointed with everything we could want. The decor was sleek and modern. It was a spacious and comfortable oasis in the desert. Just far enough off the road to avoid noise and light pollution but close enough to feel close to civilization. Coffee and breakfast on the deck in the cool morning breeze was a highlight of our day."
