"El personal muy amable, el lugar es bonito pero le falta limpieza, el area de alberca muy sucia por otros huéspedes, no me gusto que la habitación no tenenia refrigerador para guardar bebidas ni estufa para preparar algo de comer, esta lindo el lugar pero necesitan levantar el bar y el area de comidas, sería increíble!
Aunque no te limpian la habitación (si lo hacen con costo extra, deberían comentarlo antes) si sería bueno que cambien las toallas. Aún con esos detalles que espero pronto se...

"Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things. "

Love this hotel. All rooms face the ocean. We stayed on adult floor that had its own breakfast area and cocktail hour. Enjoyed having a floor with no screaming kids. We stay here every year and love it.

Beautiful facility with wonderful staff. Whats not to like. The many stairs might be a problem for a handicapped person but good exercise otherwise and is the price to pay for outstanding views.

Hotel Casa De La Palma is a terrific little place to stay in Zihuatanejo.
My wife and I were very impressed with the staff on arrival and through your stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating. The rooms and overall property are kept well and very clean.
Our room was humble but nice and very clean. We had a king size bed and it was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Only thing was the water in shower never really got very warm, but we didn't mind because of the...

Check in was nice and quick. Raul at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Gave me all the information and told me about restaurants and places to see. The hotel staff was very quiet and stealth when performing their chores. And also friendly with greetings.
The room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard but nice enough to sleep in. There was a small fridge to keep a few beverages in. They serve breakfast for a price but we opted out because we wanted to try places outside of the...

We were very pleasantly surprised at all of the attributes of this hotel. It was classy, quiet, friendly, right on the beach, with a good (but pricy) restaurant. The hotel is within nice walking distance of downtown Zihaut and very near a series of excellent restaurants. As it 'cascades' down the steep hill above Playa La Madera, the stairs would be daunting to anyone with mobility issues, but for us that was just necessary exercise.

Going to Cala del Mar is like taking a step out of your daily life and enjoying an out of body experience.
Every room has it's own private pool. Every room is serviced by a private concierge. Every room is waterfront and looks out to a beautiful part of the Pacific coastline.
It is literally a place where you can go and relax in your room without ever having to leave it! All you and your lover will need is a disposition to BE and maybe a couple of good books.
Outstanding place, we will...

Excellent location next to La Ropa beach overlooking beautiful Zihua Bay. The Villa is clean, well appointed and beautifully authentic. Cheers to the hosts Efiriam and Jonathon who made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The daily breakfasts were amazing! Thank you, we will be back!

A great hotel centrally located between town and LaRopa beach. The staff are great and the breakfast selection is endless! This is the second year staying here - feel safe and the view is stunning!

Can't go wrong with a stay at Hotel Villa Mexicana. The staff are really what bring us back every year and the location is fantastic. While many of the hotels on Playa La Ropa have many stairs, Villa Mexicana is ground level or second floor. Pool, beach, restaurant are all close at hand. The staff are fantastic and get to know you and your likes. After the second day at breakfast they stop asking us if we want coffee and bring us tea. Close walk to town or nearby restaurants. Massages on the...
