"While we had a fine stay, the property was under heavy renovation during our stay. As such, the front doors were blocked with trucks and workers coming in an out all day, the loading zone unavailable for drivers, the gym was unavailable, etc. I know these things happen, but it seems as if a discount should have been applied or something. It was not quite the Hilton experience I've been spoiled by. The hotel itself was in a good location, my view was excellent ("Macy's" room) and the front staff was very nice, although I did have a room cleaner walk in on me while I was standing in the room in my underwear (my wife had walked out to the hall to wait for me and I guess the lady thought the room empty, but still...a knock?). It was ok and kind of funny, but some may not brush it off so easily. I would stay here again if the price was right, but definitely not while it's under construction. And, lock your door always: )"
