Feels like a boutique hotel stay with luxurious bath, toiletries, coffee in the lobby or request a machine for your room, wine social hour at 5 PM, and the most amazing breakfast in their rooftop restaurant! We added the full breakfast option during our stay, well worth it! Centrally located. Make sure to visit Starchild bar less than a block away for beautiful Rooftop views and they’re surprising disco party bathroom!"

"They had amazing customer service! The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job every day. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Times Square and having a nice restful place to come to after a long day of adventure."

"Booked connecting rooms and called three times before travel to ensure rooms would be connecting due to a need as caregiver for travel companion but on check in I was told I didnt book the rooms that connect. Moved to connecting rooms the next day however they were a downgraded room with no bottled water, coffee maker, or frig. Unable to change thermostat. Rooms too warm. Hairs in both showers. Hotel website lists a restaurant on site however it has been closed for a year. No offer of a partial refund or any compensation for their issues. Would not recommend."

"Do the price the room was good. One complaint was we could not get the water hot, only warm. After a long day on my feet it was a bummer to not have a hot shower waiting."
