"The only complaint I had was not enough hot water for a shower. I was under the impression from the website that there was pub food in the evening. But was told I would have to go across the street for the food. "

"Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach."
