The location is the big attraction for this hotel. The scenery is amazing. Climbing up the cliff for sunset and dining at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant was incredible. Accommodation was comfortable -there were a few dead bugs in our room , maybe it hadn’t been swept in a few days but it felt generally clean. Staff were responsive if asked, but (aside from staff at Eagles Nest) weren’t super friendly. Felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the staff when we ordered breakfast. Maybe she was just...

The location is superb with an outstanding view of the plain and mountains; perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset. Rooms are clean and very refreshing!! The staff are pure gems!! They are smiling and always helpful!! The food was great with lots of choice in the morning. Highly recommend!!

Incredible views. Rooms were large and well appointed. Food was terrific. Only negative was lack of air-con as it was quite hot. Made use of the refreshing pool.

Fantastic stay, yet again! We love getting all the benefits of camping without the hassle of setting everything up and taking it down. Everything is ready when you arrive, well stocked, and even during pouring rain, everything inside the tent stayed completely dry. 😊 We’ve stayed twice now, both times in September, and the weather was completely different each visit — one was hot and dry, while the other was rainy and cold. So one piece of advice: pack for both! We’d happily stay again.

This was a delight to stay at. A real live Giraffe that comes to breakfast and the the most amazing hosts. Food was so delicious and the Chef made custom meals that you rarely get anywhere now a days. We didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for the memories.
