Without his supervision of parking we would never found out the problem with the tyre before going to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the suite! Although Manager was lovely, we were not satisfied with our stay. We had terrible incidents as our toddler, child and grandfather was stuck in the elevator for 20min late evening. We were really mistreated by the company responsible for the elevator. (Making fun of the situation, and extremely rude) I would suggest all to use stairs instead of elevator especially after 7pm. We also never received the new towels (we had limited towels to use at the end) during our 3days stay.
