"This is a wonderful place with breathtaking scenery and views. I could have spent days just looking and enjoying the peace and quiet. "The scale system used by hotels.com doesnt do Alte Kalfoken lodge justice. It's a beautiful property, surrounded by nothing but the beautiful nature and wildlife of Namibia (Sure, theres a train track beside the property, but there aren't any trains running through. The staff are lovely, the scenery is picturesque and the food is amazing. If you're even considering staying in the Keetmanshoop area, skip it and drive a bit further to Alte Kalfoken. You will not regret it."
