"The first room I was put in had an odor and the second room also had an odor but they came up and sprayed a deodorizer which helped a little. The bathroom sink sprayed when you turned it on."

I did notice some staff helped some more than others, I observed some picking up plates from tables and I am disabled and no one offered any assistance. It was very obvious. I also was patiently waiting for food to be replenished and when finally gave up it suddenly appeared! Coincidence maybe? Maybe extent bar hours out an hour or more, it felt rushed. "

"The hallway smells on the second floor. Nothing is updated here. It appears there are people living- long term here. The front desk staff are not very customer service friendly. The only person overly nice was the seeet lady who was working in the breakfast area. She’s the best and stands out from everyone else. Actually kind of a nasty place and wouldn’t stay again."
