PETS ARE WELCOME. Back yard is fenced. Everything inside is new. There's a tiled shower, a butcher block bar, king size memory foam bed. Rt 66 is close by. It has 100 meg wireless internet. There's NO CABLE TV and local stations don't come in on the tv. It is a perfect place to relax or do business while on the road. There is digital door access. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and as evidenced in the house they put a lot of effort into making it a nice place for guests to stay, it’s perfect for a single or a couple, the interior was updated throughout, they selected furniture and fixtures that fit appropriately in the spaces so although it’s a smaller home, it didn’t feel super cramped, and created an environment that was inviting, it was tidy, uncluttered, the fenced backyard was roomy and perfect to let a dog out for a potty break. There were some kitchen ingredients available if a guest wanted to cook a meal, A supply of cold bottled water in the fridge as well as frosty beer mugs in the freezer. BYOB😊 Adjustable A/C. The bed was comfortable. Parking was right in the driveway close to the front door which is handy for unloading a vehicle. I would happily stay there again during my travels! ##### Betsy H. The backyard is large and has a chain link fence. No fancy landscaping or anything that dogs could mess up, haha! There is a dog next door behind a stockade fence -- never saw it, just heard it a few times. It was not a problem for my dogs. House is perfect for one or two people. Cute and comfy. Tons of utensils and cookware in the kitchen, and condiments and water in the fridge, as well as frosty mugs in the freezer. Lots of nice touches for weary travelers. Very close to I-55 and all the usual food options. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly with lots of people outside grilling and riding bikes in the evening. Would book this again. ##### Jen H.
